INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are shipped Via Airfreight courier services offered via our cart. Orders are fully tracked and express options are available. All deliveries to international destinations will require a signature on delivery. If there is no one at the residence the order will be taken back to the depot or a third-party courier whichever applies to your location for collection.

Estimated lead times are 5-7 days.

Transit Times are estimated only and may be extended by many factors beyond VaVaVoom and the shipping services reasonable control such as customs and quarantine, processing requirements, weekends and public holidays, varying flight schedules and other origin specific or destination-specific factors.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to local customs charges. Any customs, import duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. Customs policies vary from country to country and will be charged in Australian (AUD) dollars.

If goods are above the threshold and customs entry is required, our logistics partner will charge an additional admin handling fee for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. VaVaVoom Sleepwear will not be held responsible for any additional charges on your order. If you choose to refuse to pay these charges, your parcel may be abandoned, and VaVaVoom Sleepwear will not be held responsible for any loss of goods as a result of this occurrence.
