RETURNS

VaVaVoom Sleepwear take great pride in the quality of our sleepwear. Our Returns Policy applies to Online sales throughout Australia, providing it meets the following criteria.

• Your item must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date

• Your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

• Your item must have the original tags still attached

• Your item must be in saleable condition

• For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, washed, or had their tags removed cannot be returned under any circumstances unless they are faulty.

  You must provide a proof of purchase which can include one of the following:
  - Order Confirmation
  - Packing slip.

If your item does not meet all of the requirements above, we reserve the right to not process your return.
